The team at Sero Aesthetics are used to working with all types of patients and can offer a range of treatment options keeping your budget and timeline in mind which often means working backwards from big events such as weddings.

If you are nervous, please say so and they will do their utmost to reassure you, talk you through every step and will coach you as much as you need after your visit! If they don't feel that the treatment that you want is right for you, they will let you know and discuss alternative options, whether they are able to offer the treatments themselves, or have to refer you elsewhere.

During your initial discussions, your medical history will be checked to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for treatment, this includes discussing the risks and benefits of the planned treatment and a detailed explanation on what to expect during and after the procedure.

Sero’s philosophy is that less is more, and will always advocate an incremental and gradual approach, rather than doing multiple things in a single session. Not only does this keep in line with keeping things as subtle as possible, but it also protects your mental health from any sudden changes. With this in mine, the team rarely carry out treatments the same day as the consultation, to enable you to have to time absorb what was discussed at the and gives you time to think about any further questions before agreeing to proceed.

Niki and her team also feel very strongly about not rushing their appointments and will always allocate more than enough time (generally a minimum of an hour) to carry out your treatment, discuss any concerns and more often than not, to have a catch up since your last visit!

After being welcomed into the clinic by the team, you will have photos taken and the relevant area numbed. During this time, the team will go through your medical and consent forms, taking advantage of the time for the area to become numb.

Please don’t ever be afraid to ask a question! Nothing is too silly and it's one of the reason you will see throughout their reviews that they are rated highly for their approachability.  They feel strongly about having treatments themselves so as not to forget what it is like to be on the receiving end, but also enabling them to guide you better as to what to expect when you go through the journey yourself.
