A little note from Niki:

I would always recommend having a consultation before committing to any particular treatment as occasionally there may be a much more efficient treatment for you available. It will also allow us to map out a plan for you and guide you as to what you can be doing at home to maximise your professional treatments and also help to council you as to what to expect during the entire process.
